YOUR FIRST KISS
FRENCH KISS
O.k ,so we have done all the preparation, we are clean,
relaxed and confident, lets learn how to KISS!
As you approach your partners lips.
- Lick your lips, this will slightly moisten them so that
they will not feel dry to your partner.

- Start breathing through your nose, as you will not be able
to breath through your mouth once you start kissing.
If you need to take a breath during the kiss then pull away
from your partners mouth and give them
a peck on the cheek as you take in some air.
- Tilt your head slightly (usually to the right)
- As you move your head closer to your partners,
open your mouth slightly (your lips about 1-2 cm apart).
See Half Closed opposite.

- As your mouth touches the lips of your partner you need to set a
rhythm of moving your mouth open and closed in time with theirs.
You do not need to close your mouth completely or open it as wide
as possible.
See Half Open opposite.
- Continue to breathe through your nose, remember if you feel
out of breath, pull away and give your partner a peck on the lips
or cheek to give you a chance to take a deep breath.
- As you continue with your kissing, relax, put your arms
around your partner.
- Try to swallow as often as you feel necessary, you may have
to practice swallowing with your mouth open.
-A good kiss can last anything between a minute & 10 minutes.
Its up to you, and how you feel.
-Kissing with tongues? Some people find this exciting,
others may not like it. Try it, you dont have to thrust
your tongue down your partners throat or battle with their tongue,
just go easy, lick their tongue, tease their tongue with yours.
- Practice makes perfect, keep kissing, remember kissing is fun.
